MPSystem Hosts Technical Seminar for Architects

On November 17, 2025, MPSystem successfully held a technical seminar for architects.
A total of 12 architects attended the event, engaging in in-depth discussions on the latest technologies in robotic parking systems and real-worldwide projects.

The seminar focused on key topics such as space optimization(tandem parking), user-friendly features, customized solutions, and safety, presenting practical approaches to implementing robotic parking systems.
Participants also looked into real project cases and layouts from various building types around the world - including offices, residential complexes, hotels, shopping malls, and hospitals - to examine the system’s effectiveness.
This was the first seminar, where the AVP Robot Guidebook was introduced, drawing strong interest from the attending architects.

Active Q&A took place throughout the session. With the growing number of electric vehicles in Korea, architects showed particular interest in how EV charging facilities (EV Powerlink) can be integrated into robotic parking systems and the related technical features.
In addition, the most frequently asked topic was the possibility of introducing robot parking in apartment houses. This is directly connected to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's revised "Parking and Building Standards," scheduled to take effect in December 2025. Under the new regulations, AVP (Automated Valet Parking) robotic parking systems will now be officially allowed in apartments. Previously, installation was limited to commercial facilities, offices, and small residential buildings, but the scope will soon expand to apartment complexes and other residential facilities.
The architects expressed expectations that this regulatory shift will significantly influence future residential design paradigms.

MPSystem’s technical seminar concluded successfully with professional knowledge sharing and active discussion.
