Robotic Parking Systems as Strategic Investments

As urban density accelerates globally, the critical challenge has shifted from expansion to optimization. The question for developers and investors is no longer “Where do we build?” – but rather, “How do we maximize space and value?”

At MPSystem, we provide a definitive solution: robotic parking systems that not only solve logistical problems but also open
high-yield investment pathways.

More Than Parking: A Revenue Engine

Our robotic parking systems are engineered to deliver up to 70% greater space efficiency compared to traditional garages.

This substantial gain enables a higher vehicle count within the same footprint, translating into increased revenue per square foot – a critical metric in high-cost urban markets.

Proven Models to Monetize

1. Condo-Style Parking Sales

Selling robotic parking space as deeded condo units creates upfront revenue — as seen in Manhattan, where spaces sold for $350,000 to $495,000.
2. Premium Leasing Strategy

Robotic systems in global cities such as NYC, Tokyo, and London command 20–30% higher lease rates due to enhanced service, automation, and security.
3. Membership + Valet Parking

Offer differentiated, app-enabled access tiers and monthly plans for residential, office, or retail users seeking convenience, reliability, and speed.

Maximize Your Property’s Market Value

Robotic parking systems eliminate ramps, drive aisles, and excess clearances, allowing developers to reclaim and repurpose space into revenue-generating uses like residential units, amenities, or retail areas.

These systems also reduce operating costs through lower staffing, minimal energy use, and fewer maintenance demands – improving NOI and boosting valuations.

Additionally, they support ESG goals and help qualify for green incentives, making them an attractive feature for forward-thinking developments.

Trends in Parking Tech for 2025

As buildings go higher, streets get busier, and drivers go electric, developers need technology that keeps pace. Here are 3 key trends shaping the future of parking technology, and how MPSystem is already prepared to support them.

1. EV Integration with Robotic Parking

As EV adoption grows, developers must fit charging into limited parking space. Combining robotic parking systems with EV charging is becoming a preferred approach for maximizing both efficiency and sustainability.

MPSystem’s EV PowerLink combines robotic parking with smart charging – letting users park and charge in one step. It boosts efficiency, supports sustainability goals, and helps meet green certifications like LEED.

2. Robotic Valet Parking

In busy cities, where time is valuable, robotic parking eliminates the need to search for a space, navigate tight ramps, or queue at exits – offering a faster, smarter experience for both drivers and developers.

MPSystem’s Drop & Go platform allows users to simply leave their vehicle on a guided entry zone, from which the system automatically stores the car in a secure robotic facility – enhancing both convenience and operational safety.

3. Contactless & App-Based Access

Following the global shift toward touchless solutions, especially after the pandemic, contactless parking has become a standard expectation. Mobile-based access, digital payments, and automatic ticketing systems now define a smooth, secure parking experience.

At MPSystem, we’ve embedded this functionality into our technology by offering user-friendly authentication through fingerprint or RF card scanners, paired with a dedicated mobile application that enables convenient entry, exit, QR-code access, and reservations – all from a smartphone.

MPSystem continuously invests in innovation – refining our existing systems and developing new features to support the changing needs of urban environments. Whether you’re building smarter cities or upgrading existing properties, our technology is built to meet these new demands.

Parking Challenges in Central Asia: Opportunities for Innovation

Central Asia’s urban centers are growing fast – but their parking infrastructure isn’t keeping up. From everyday drivers to city planners, many are facing the same frustrating issues.

Key Parking Problems Across Central Asia:

1. Extreme climates

Reduce the reliability and lifespan of exposed parking infrastructure. Scorching summers, dusty winds.

2. Outdated Systems

Prone to frequent breakdowns and struggle with modern vehicle sizes.

3. Limited land

Traditional surface parking is inefficient or impossible in in dense city centers.

4. Visual Impact

Large open lots or aging structures lowers the aesthetic and real estate value of neighborhoods.

5. Safety Standards

Contribute to a high rate of accidents and vehicle damage, especially in open lots.

6. Traffic Congestion

In busy areas, drivers often spend 5–20 minutes circling to find a spot, which creates slow-moving traffic.

MPSystem offers a smarter, future-ready alternative.
Our robotic parking solutions are engineered to address the specific challenges of Central Asia:

– Fully enclosed systems protect vehicles from weather, dust, and vandalism.
– Enhance user experience with Drop & Go, an automated platform where drivers leave their vehicles, and the robots handle the rest.

Be the first to bring advanced robotic parking to your region. With MPSystem, you don’t just solve parking – you unlock new value for real estate, cities, and drivers.

Robotic Parking That Outsmarts the Weather

In regions prone to extreme weather – from hailstorms and intense sunlight to freezing snow – traditional parking solutions often fall short in safeguarding vehicles. Frequent exposure to the elements can lead to costly damage, insurance claims, and diminished resale value.

1. High temperatures, Sun exposure

– Engines risk overheating if coolant levels drop.

– Batteries drain faster, as heat accelerates corrosion.

– Expanding air causes tire pressure spikes, sometimes leading to blowouts.

– Inside, UV rays fade upholstery, crack dashboards, and weaken leather.

2. Humidity, Rain

– Sensitive wiring and electronic systems are vulnerable to water intrusion.

– Excess water reduces tire grip, making it easier to lose control.

– Moisture seeps into tiny gaps, accelerating rust beneath the surface.

– Braking performance drops when components are wet.

3. Wind, Dust, Debris

– Road debris can scratch paint and cause windshield cracks.

– Pollen and dust may block the air intake system.

– A parked car exposed to dust storms ends up with hazy, dull windows and mirrors, making it unsafe until properly cleaned.

4. Low temperatures, Ice, Snow exposure

– In cold weather, batteries work harder, which increases the possibility of battery failing.

– Oil and transmission fluid can thicken, making it difficult for the engine to run normally.

– Moisture may freeze and cause damage.

– Cold air contracts, reducing tyre pressure and traction.

Traditional outdoor parking exposes vehicles to all these risks. MPSystem changes that.

Our fully enclosed robotic parking systems place cars inside a controlled environment – safe from heat, snow, rain, and dust. By removing exposure, MPSystem ensures:

– Your vehicle stays pristine.
– Maintenance costs tied to weather damage are minimized.
– Owners, businesses, and communities all benefit from better vehicle longevity and smoother operations.

Architects, If You Think Robotic Parking Is Only For High-end, You’re Leaving Value Behind!

When most people hear “robotic parking,” they often imagine luxury high-rise apartments or futuristic smart homes. But that’s only part of the story.

In reality, robotic parking is not about status – it’s about solutions that are making everyday spaces work better for everyone.

Robotic parking is a custom technology that fits into a wide range of building types, far beyond the luxury market – hospitals, shopping malls, offices, hotels, mixed-use buildings and even public parking.

No matter the setting, MPSystem is designed to adapt, optimize, and enhance the function of the space it serves.

Robotic Parking System Highlights

Robotic parking system goes beyond just parking cars, it’s about upgrading the entire building experience. Here’s how:

One of the standout features of MPSystem is the guided platform Drop & Go. In large quantities these platforms allow multiple vehicles to be dropped off simultaneously and without delays, especially during peak hours.

This means:
– No circling for parking
– No waiting for space
– No confusion about where to go

Visitors, staff, and emergency personnel can arrive, drop off, and proceed inside – fast and stress-free.

Traditional parking requires wide ramps, drive aisles, and turning space – all of which can consume up to 60% of the facility’s area, limiting the building’s overall usability.

MPSystem eliminates these inefficient elements and allows developers and architects to reallocate valuable real estate toward more productive uses, such as:

– Additional residential or commercial units
– Medical treatment rooms in hospitals
– Retail or amenity spaces in mixed-use complexes
– Green zones to enhance property appeal

The robotic parking system significantly elevates safety standards. Vehicles are stored in enclosed, access-controlled environments, significantly reducing the risk of theft, vandalism, or accidental damage.

No human entry into the parking area means no car accidents.

Robotic parking isn’t a luxury – it’s a forward-thinking infrastructure upgrade. It improves how buildings function.

Whether it’s a hospital saving space for more patient rooms or a shopping mall streamlining customer flow, MPSystem helps modern buildings operate smarter, safer, and more efficiently.

Still Wasting Time on Parking?

AVP Robot Guidebook Launched in Korea | Industry’s First

In Korea, more and more architects have been asking:

-How does the system ensure safety for users and vehicles?

-What are the design rules and saferty standards?

-Are there any successful project examples I can look at?

-What’s the average parking time for one vehicle?

-How much space can I save with AVP compared to traditional parking?

-How does MPSystem‘s AVP robot parking actually work?

So – we listened

To make everything simple and clear, we created the AVP Robot Guidebook – all-in-one manual designed especially for architects and planners and proudly the first guide of its kind in the entire industry.

This guidebook answers the most frequently asked questions, including how our AVP robot parking system works, sample layout plans, design guidelines, detailed product descriptions, and our regulatory achievements. Everything you need, in one book.

Architects are loving it already.

We’ve already shared the first edition of the guidebook with architects across Korea – and the responses have been amazing.

-So practical – I can actually use this for my next project.

-It’s like having a parking expert sitting next to you.

-I didn’t realize automated parking could be this flexible.

-This guidebook answered all the questions I’ve had about robot parking.

-I didn’t realize automated parking could be this flexible.

-The visuals make everything so easy to understand.

-The layout examples are super helpful for real projects.

The Missing Piece of the Smart City – Robotic Parking

As the development of ‘smart cities’ accelerates both domestically and internationally, the efficient operation of urban spaces and the adoption of eco-friendly technologies have emerged as key priorities. However, there is one challenge that many cities have yet to solve – the inefficiency of parking spaces.

MPSystem’s robotic parking system goes beyond simple parking automation. It is recognized as a core technology that enhances the overall quality of urban infrastructure. With over 30 years of expertise and experience, we provide innovative parking solutions that maximize urban space utilization while minimizing environmental impact.

1. Maximum Space Efficiency (Tandem Parking)

Fully automated horizontal and vertical movement enables 2–3 times more vehicle capacity within the same area.

2. Eco-Friendly & Low-Noise Design

A New Standard for Residential Parking

What if parking evolved with the homes we build today?
MPSystem is marking a significant step forward in the evolution of smart mobility in South Korea, especially in a residential environment.

Together with Hyundai Engineering & Construction, we are introducing fully automated robotic parking system to an exclusive residential project in the heart of Seoul.

Project Profile:
-Location: Seoul, South Korea
-Building Type: Residence
-Completion: 2025.10
-Delivery System: Turning Trolley
-Parking Spaces: 102
-Robot Type: Duo Pro

This project is especially significant because it arrives at a pivotal moment in South Korea’s policy landscape. For the first time, there is a possibility of introducing robotic parking into apartment complexes, directly tied to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s revised “Parking and Building Standards,” scheduled to take effect in December 2025.

Hyundai Engineering & Construction collaboration demonstrates how AVP robotics can be safely integrated into dense housing environments, addressing urban parking shortages while eliminating risks of human error, collisions, and mechanical-system bottlenecks.
