Technical Seminar at Hanwha Corporation
On January 30, the MPSystem team visited Hanwha Construction’s Urban Regeneration Division to deliver a seminar on our cutting-edge Auto Valet Parking (AVP) robotic system solutions.
The session was a meaningful opportunity to share how our technology is transforming parking into a safer, smarter, and more user-centric experience.
Coincidentally, this was also the very day the revised regulation officially allowed AVP systems to be introduced into multi-family residential buildings in South Korea.

Beyond a simple presentation, we also had the opportunity to review real case studies and closely analyze architectural drawings.
This allowed us to engage in in-depth discussions on how MPSystem’s solutions can be seamlessly integrated into residential development projects, exploring practical implementation scenarios in detail.
The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session.
We addressed a wide range of practical concerns that may arise in real-world applications - from fire safety to vehicle entry and exit congestion during peak commuting hours in residential buildings.
In particular, we explained how MPSystem’s Intelligent Software System optimizes operations through algorithm-based processes to reduce vehicle retrieval times during rush hours and improve overall traffic flow within the building.

Regulatory Changes and Future Outlook
The law change means that robotic parking systems can now be introduced not only in office and neighborhood commercial facilities but also in a wide range of residential environments such as apartment buildings.
Hanwha Construction’s Urban Regeneration Division expressed strong interest in the new possibilities this regulatory shift may bring to future residential projects.

Introduction of the Drop & Go Solution
Another topic of interest was our advanced Drop & Go solution.
Drop & Go is a dedicated platform that enables users to position their vehicles safely with the assistance of MPScan Laser-guided technology.
Once the driver aligns the vehicle on the platform and exits, the robot and delivery system seamlessly handle the remainder of the parking process.
This approach maximizes user safety and convenience while maintaining precision and operational efficiency.
Thank you, Hanwha Team
We sincerely thank Hanwha Construction’s Urban Regeneration Division for their genuine interest and insightful questions throughout the seminar.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration with contractors, architects, and developers to create smarter and safer building solutions together.
