Project Introduction

The MetroCylinder parking system from MPSystem was installed in the Tres Picos Office Tower. The tower proved to be a design challenge, being built in a triangular-shaped plan. MPSystem was approached for a solution that could provide the number of parking spaces required while still being integrated as a design element that complements the aesthetic of the building.

A customized MetroCylinder delivery system was developed to meet these needs. The parking garage consists of 6 levels of parking basements underground and has the capacity for 48 vehicles. The entrance to the system is located on the ground level and is placed in a cylindrical glass structure that sits between the building exterior and lobby space. A custom turntable with a wooden finish was designed and manufactured by MPSystem.
